The entire cooling chain
with the liquid ice system refrigerant:
1. Production and storage

Refrigerated rooms, quick refrigerators and recooling vessels are cooled with liquid ice instead of a conventional refrigerant.

2. Pre-cooling or keeping cold

Dishes or pre-portioned food (salads and desserts) are kept cold until their use in dispensers from the BLANCO Ice System. These dispensers are supplied with cold air from an Ice cooling station connected to the liquid ice circuit.

3. Portioning on conveyor belt

Portioning is carried out at HACCP-conformant temperatures at the conveyor cooled with liquid ice from BLANCO. Pre-portioned food and containers are provided in Ice shelf trolleys. Cooling is carried out with Ice cooling stations connected to the liquid ice circuit.

4. TRANSPORT

Independent of electricity and mobile: Tray transport trolleys filled with liquid ice from the BLANCO Ice System keep food cold in conformance with HACCP for up to 16 hours.

5. REGENERATION

The Ice tray transport trolley docks on the induction station. The liquid ice provides reliable cooling up to the desired time of regeneration.

6. DISTRIBUTION

The trays with the regenerated food are distributed to the guests. The Ice tray transport trolley provides for mobility during distribution.

7. RETURN TRANSPORT

The empty tray transport trolleys are brought back to the filling station. Here the melted liquid ice is pumped back into the liquid ice circuit again. At the same time, the transport trolley can be filled with fresh liquid ice. The melted liquid ice flows back into the ice generator via the circuit and is then available in the tank for its next use.
