The BLANCO MIKADO food servery system is inspirational with it's attractive food presentation and convenient food serving. Its perfected technology and fresh design make every meal a visual and culinary treat.

The mobile modules are manoeuvrable, flexibly combinable and do their job perfectly wherever they are used -­ in both small and large rooms, for in-line use and free-flow applications.

Do you want a unit that is thin and lightweight or would you rather have a unit that stays firmly on the ground? With either the thin or solid base you are guaranteed of finding the right model.

The module connectors also open up additional options for realising many creative in-line combinations.

  • With 3 or 4 bain-marie wells seamlessly welded in the top surface
  • Wells can be heated wet and dry, separately controllable
