Hot times for lean food logistics: The DS-ONE hot-air docking bay and the insulated transport trolleys may be the perfect solution for you when long distances require a double or triple set of trolleys.

The permanently installed docking bay assumes the cooling and regeneration of the food. And the rugged transport trolleys are responsible for transport and distribution. As the transport trolleys make due without integrated technology, they are less sensitive to the tough everyday conditions in large kitchens and are less expensive to buy than trolleys with integrated technology. Those are advantages that quickly pay off when several sets of trolleys are required.

  • Fixed-position floor unit with wall mounting
  • Overall depth: 374 mm (403 mm incl. optional doors)
  • Convection cooling can be regulated down to the degree from +4°C to +15°C (at ambient temperature = 32°C)
  • Hot air can be regulated down to the degree from +45°C to +140°C
  • Simple docking and undocking process with electromagnetic support – without annoying insertion centring
