Transport of the portioned food from the kitchen to the place it is served is carried out in tray transport trolleys (TTW). The loaded tray transport trolleys are connected to the docking bay. The convection cooling keeps the food cold in accordance with HACCP requirements until regeneration. Regeneration begins at the desired time. After successful regeneration, the transport trolleys are disconnected and the trays are distributed to the guests. The tray transport trolley also ensures the necessary mobility during distribution.
Food regeneration with induction technology and the innovative BLANCO controller enable especially gentle regeneration while taking aspects of hygiene and nutrition physiology into account. It is the method of choice when great value is placed on the quality, taste and appearance of the food.
